The church planting will begin June 2019! We are subsidizing 50% of the rent for two sisters apartments and one brothers apartment, where space is filling up fast!
OYC participants will be able to learn to study the Bible with the lost, leading them to baptism, as well as being trained to help lead in the needs of a church planting and the needs of a growing church. In particular, this planting will have a heavy focus on social media and video production for church growth/outreach and for benevolence, partnering with local nonprofits.
The OYC participants will be able to participate daily in campus evangelism as well as starting a young professionals ministry, and media production for benevolent causes. Training will include how to study with the lost, lead worship services, counsel Christians, produce web content or creative videos, and speak publicly. Each participant will be asked to grow in their personal relationship with God, loving Him back with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.
