The Madrid Church and the city of Madrid is an excellent place to come and serve! Our desire is that those who come will come to learn, train, encourage and receive encouragement. Currently the church in Madrid is a little more that 50 disciples and our desire is to build a growing family that will impact all of Spain!

 

And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. (2 Timothy 2:2 NIV)

Training disciples to be the best disciples of Jesus they can be is of the highest importance for people desiring to take the One Year Challenge in Madrid.

Those who come will be trained in many areas of ministry starting with their own character. Learning to be reliable, hardworking, and faithful disciples of Jesus is the most important aspect of training that will be offered in Madrid. This will take place in both group and one on one weekly discipling.

Besides character training those who come will also be trained in sharing their faith, studying the bible with their friends, discipling, building family, public speaking, event planning, and of course learning spanish. 

We believe classroom training is an effective way of teaching these different aspects of ministry however much of the training will take place through walking together and learning through experience. 

It is our desire in Madrid to have a mutually encouraging and productive year (or more) together and send back those who participate with the tools they need to be great ministry builders in their future ministries.
