Lehigh Valley, PA

 

The Lehigh Valley is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States, and the 3rd largest area in the state of Pennsylvania, with 820,000 people in the valley including 40 thousand college students on 9 campuses, we need help building our campus ministry across those 9 schools. The church was planted in 2018 and already has dreams of sending a campus regional plant to Kutztown University in 2021.

OYC participants will receive direct training from myself (Kurt Flinchbaugh) and my wife (Christina) for leadership development. We will hold weekly staff meetings with OYC participants including training on biblical leadership and church structure. We will also work directly with OYC participants in training them to lead Bible studies, disciple young Christians, conduct Bible talks and devotionals. Preaching/sharing opportunities and training will be provided on a monthly basis. We are also committed to providing funding and transportation to ACR leadership retreats, training, and workshops as well as connection to the PA state training and leadership workshops and retreats.
